Members may call 251-694-4100 anytime to request information and/or a check from their shares. If you do not reach a teller, leave a message stating your account number, the action you are requesting and a phone number where you can be reached should we need additional information to process your request. If the call is after hours, we will process the request on the next business day. Loan applications will be processed in close coordination with the member. In order to balance the days work and run the daily closeout, we will stop writing checks at 1:30pm. Checks must be picked up before 2:30pm.
