NOTICE OF ANNUAL MEETING
31 AUGUST 2020
Dear Member:
Due to circumstances resulting from the COVID-19 Pandemic, the 93rd Annual Meeting of the Membership has been rescheduled from 28 April 2020 at 2:00 p.m.to 18 November 2020 via electronic means. Notice of revised meeting has been posted in the Credit Union Office as required by Article IV, Section 2 of the By-Laws.
Attendees to the 93rd Annual Meeting of the Membership should Dial-In (848)777-1212 then enter Conference Id: 120115#. You should start dialing in at 1::50 p.m. CST, 18 November 2020 and be be sure to announce yourself, then put your phone on mute until you have a question.
There is no old business carried over from the 92th Annual Meeting. After a reading of the Minutes and Committee Reports, the first item of new business to be transacted at this meeting is the election of Officers. All elected officials serve on a voluntary basis, and are expected to attend monthly meetings, and be committed to seeing that Mobile Government Employees Credit Union maintains financial stability and provides quality service to the membership. To qualify for election, candidates must be a member of the Credit Union, have a good credit standing, and be willing to accept the responsibilities of an elected volunteer. In accordance with the By-Laws, all committee members are elected annually for one year and directors staggered periods for three years. Present Officers are as follows:

To ensure a full slate of eligible candidates, the Board will present nominations at the meeting. Additional nominations from the floor are welcome; however, members planning to make nominations should secure prior consent of their nominee.
REMEMBER: Each member has only one vote regardless of shares held; no proxies may be voted; and a quorum is necessary, otherwise, the meeting must be postponed. Please plan to be on the call. This meeting will be as short or as long as you want it to be.
